Dear Yogi Muse,I overstretched my SI joint six years ago in a staeed twist and have had chronic SI issues since then. My teachers seem uninformed about SI issues so I've researched on my own but have found contradictory recommendations about inner spiral/outer spiral, as well as poses to avoid. I've found that inner spiral of the raised leg in one-legged poses helps but outer spiral feels more secure in forward bends. Backbends usually help when I'm feeling achy and Baddha Konasana, which is often mentioned as a pose to avoid, also feels good. I hate pigeon and fire log and wonder whether they do more harm than good in my case.SI pain is also a problem in the bedroom, especially in the missionary position. I feel like SI pain will be a life-long problem and am still annoyed at the teacher who suggested we use our elbow against our leg to torque the twist deeper which caused my injury.Enlighten me, please.

Well there is no intention to stop what is a well supeortpd weekly ride. We can't always find a leader in advance which is why I often post this on Friday eve in the hope that someone will eventually come forward as is oft' the caseI've not been home til now this eve hence the very late post and a thanks to Graham for stepping in and doing it.So talking of leaders it is always good if someone e-mails me during the week offering to take the group out and if it helps I can always suggest routes from our club repertoire.

I have come across that crrtenuly, more and more people are attracted to video cameras and the discipline of images. However, being photographer, you should first spend so much time deciding which model of digital camera to buy in addition to moving store to store just so you could potentially buy the most inexpensive camera of the brand you have decided to pick. But it doesn't end at this time there. You also have to take into consideration whether you should obtain a digital digital camera extended warranty. Thanks alot : ) for the good recommendations I received from your website.
